Twenty minutes, and my only job is to work out whether this is right for you.
And if it isn't, I'll say so. That is not a formality — it is the reason the call is mandatory.
“This is twenty minutes and my only job is to figure out whether this is right for you — and if it isn't, I'll say so. Before anything else: tell me what you've already tried, and roughly when each thing stopped working.”
What actually happens
Five questions, one honest answer, no pitch you have to sit through.
There is no presentation and no slide deck. I ask, you talk, I tell you what I think. If you are a fit, I will describe the programme and the price once and then ask you to go away and think about it.
If you are not a fit, you will know inside twenty minutes, and you will leave with something useful anyway.
- Walk me through the experiments you've already run - what did you cut, for how long, and what happened?
- When it worked and then stopped working - how many weeks in did it stop?
- Have you ever noticed your bad weeks clustering? Same time of month, or genuinely random?
- Have you had a workup, and what were you told? Any test panels along the way?
- If you had one page listing exactly which foods are actually yours to avoid - what changes in your week?
Step 1 of 2
Answer these first, then pick a time.
Your answers reach me before the call. Twenty minutes is short, and I would rather spend it on your pattern than on paperwork.
It takes about four minutes. Nothing here is a test, and the messy answers are the useful ones.

Who I'll turn away
I would rather lose the sale on the call than in week six.
Roughly nine in ten women finish this programme. That number depends on screening, and screening means saying no. Here is what a no looks like.
- You live in California. That is a licensure limit, and you will hear it from me before you spend a minute on a call.
- There is an active eating disorder in the picture. Daily symptom scoring and a structured elimination are the wrong tools, and I will point you somewhere better.
- What you are describing needs medical management, or it is not gut-dominant. That is a physician's job before it is mine.
- I do not believe I can help you. I will say that out loud, in the call, and I will not take your money.
What to bring
- The list of what you have already tried, even the messy version. Especially the messy version.
- Any sensitivity or panel report you paid for. We read it together at kickoff, so it is useful for me to see it now.
- Fourteen days of charting, if you have done it. It changes the whole conversation.
- Your numbered list of questions. People bring one. It makes the twenty minutes better.
Logistics
The details you'll want before you pick a slot.
Fully virtual, based in Portland. Women 32-48 across the US, excluding California. Every session is by video.
The call
Twenty minutes, by video, free. With me — not a coach and not an assistant.
If it's a yes
$1,800 or 3 x $650. Cohorts of fifteen, three times a year. Group calls Tuesdays at noon Pacific, all recorded.
Next cohort
Three cohorts a year, so “not right now” is roughly a four-month wait rather than a fortnight.
To supply[OPERATOR INPUT: next cohort dates]
Not ready to talk to a person yet? That is completely reasonable. Take the guide, chart fourteen days, and come back when you have seen your own numbers.
