It's on its way. Now the only part that matters: start tonight.
Most people download a guide, read it in one sitting, and do nothing for four months. I know, because I built a 600-person email list that way. So here is the whole exercise, on this page, in case the PDF does not get opened.
To supplyThis page assumes the guide is delivered by email. No list provider is connected in this project yet, so wire the opt-in to the real sender and attach the PDF plus the printable template before it goes live.
The next fourteen days
Five instructions. That's the entire exercise.
It takes about ninety seconds a day. If you can do it for fourteen, you will know one thing about your body you do not know today.
Today
Find cycle day 1 and write it down
Cycle day 1 is the first day of your last period. Count forward to today. That number is the only setup this exercise needs, and getting it roughly right is enough.
Tonight
Score today, once, before bed
One number, 0 to 10, for how your gut was today. Zero is flat all day and you didn't think about it. Ten is the worst it gets. Do not overthink it - your first instinct is the honest one.
Every day for fourteen days
Ninety seconds, then close it
Same time each evening. Score, cycle day, and one word about when it peaked. That is the whole log. It is deliberately shorter than the food diary you already abandoned.
The rule
Change nothing else
Do not start an elimination this fortnight. Do not cut a new food. A baseline you are actively changing is not a baseline, and you would be back to weighing yourself on a moving deck.
Day 14
Look at the shape
Do the worse days group in the stretch before your period, or scatter across everything? Either answer is information. One of them says a cycle overlay is your mechanism; the other says it isn't, and that is worth knowing too.
What lands in your inbox
The first two emails are instructions, not selling.
Seven emails over the next few weeks. The first two help you chart. The offer does not come up until you have had a chance to see your own numbers.
Day 1 · Mechanism
It's like weighing yourself on a boat
The mechanism in one paragraph, then I'll leave you alone to chart.
Day 3 · Reframe
"It worked for like three weeks and then it just stopped"
Here's what I actually think when a woman tells me that.
You can read the whole sequence if you would rather see what you have signed up for.
In two weeks
Bring me the chart, take it to your own doctor, or keep going on your own.
All three are real doors, and I mean that. If your bad days cluster, a fit call is twenty free minutes well spent. If they scatter, a cycle overlay is not your mechanism and I will say so.
Either way you now own a page of your own data, which is more than four years of podcasts produced.
